it Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated

We Are Here to Help You Navigate Your Benefits

Every insurance plan is a little different, which is why understanding your coverage can sometimes feel overwhelming. We take the time to review your benefits, explain how they apply to your visit, and help you make the most of your coverage.

Whether your visit is for a routine eye exam, new glasses, or a medical concern, we’ll walk you through what to expect and how your insurance applies. If you ever have questions about your coverage, we encourage you to reach out. We’re here to help make the process easier.

The boy's parents, a man and a woman, have their hands on the boy's shoulders, and the man is looking at the camera. The family is lying on a white bedspread, and the boy is holding a toothbrush, possibly indicating a dental checkup or dental care routine.

Vision Plans We Accept

Vision insurance is typically used for routine eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. We accept a variety of vision plans to help make your eye care more affordable and accessible. Coverage can vary by plan, including benefits for exams and frames.

Medical Insurance We Accept

Medical insurance is used when your visit involves diagnosing or managing an eye health condition, such as dry eye, glaucoma, or diabetic eye disease. These visits are billed differently from routine vision care. Because medical plans vary widely, we may need to verify your coverage before your appointment.

Care for Our Veterans

TriWest / VA Patients

We are proud to provide care for veterans through TriWest and VA-authorized visits. If you are scheduling through the VA, an authorization form, authorization number, and full Social Security number are required prior to your appointment. Because these visits require additional coordination, we recommend contacting our eye clinic in advance so we can ensure everything is in place for your visit.
