Been going to nuvision from several years and their service and doctors are great. Flexible appointments, staff and doctors are super friendly. The provide all kind of options to let you choose and not pushy at all. Doctor Allison Wooten is by far the best I have been to. She is friendly, listens and give the best treatment options. Very thorough with her diagnosis.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Nuvision Center Excel! As parents who have never worn glasses, we were initially overwhelmed when our 3-year-old needed them. The entire team took the time to educate us, answer all our questions, and guide us through the process with such patience and care. Their customer service is truly next level—so helpful, so responsive, and so kind. They made the entire experience completely seamless, and most importantly, they were incredibly kind and so helpful. We are so grateful for their expertise and warmth—it truly made all the difference. Highly recommend!!!!

My experience with Nuvision Centers – Excel is excellent, just as the name implies. The service is prompt, courteous and responsive. Dr. Allison Wooten has the expertise, knowledge, demeanor, and patience you hope for in a healthcare professional. The doctor and her entire staff are personable, welcoming, helpful, efficient, friendly and skilled. After a thorough exam, Dr. Wooten listens, informs and advises in a thoughtful manner. I also appreciated the outstanding service I received from the entire professional office staff. The service, attitude, professionalism and expertise was exceptional throughout and the personnel is the best there is. I am so pleased with Dr. Wooten and her staff’s amazing eye care.

Everyone was super friendly as soon as I walked in. Dr. Karla is super knowledgeable, intelligent, & helpful. Jeff helped me pick out some pretty glasses. Adrian was fun & high energy. She help me feel comfortable especially since it’s my first visit. I’m looking forward to coming back for my contact fitting. God Bless then all.

It was a very good experience. Doctor Karla West was very friendly, open and patiently answered all my queries. She also took time to explain me things about eye and about the results from eye test. I would highly recommend her :)

The doctors are very thorough with their exams and are excellent at explaining everything! They patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. They are very patient with their initial testing, which is much appreciated! And as excellent as the exam is, the process of picking out our glasses is even better! There is a large selection of glasses to choose from and Jeff and Morgan are awesome! They are able to help guide you to find glasses that fit your face well. And they are also super personable, making the glasses selection process a fun one! I wholeheartedly recommend Nuvision!

i've been going to these eye doctor for a long time they always treat me right and they do the job right I highly recommend it to all those people they had rk surgery They have the answer and the treatment with the special contact lenses

Dr. Joel Ackerman is a very good doctor and a sweetheart. I referred him to 3 people today. His co-workers were caring and very careful during this time. Masks worn @ all times. Unlike other doctors I was not rushed out and everything was explained fully about my eyes and their condition and how fix them. I left smiling..

Dr Barreto is amazing!! she is one of a kind i have seen many optometrist over time. I explained my problem to visionworks. I tried 1 pair of glasses and had problems, got a refund and she had no other suggestions for me. Found Nuvision on VSP site. Spoke with Joanne and told her my problem with glasses being too heavy (can't do contacts) because I had radiation on my nose for skin cancer. Can't heal by the nose pads. She suggested a titanium glasses. Just got them today. I can already feel a difference. Hopefully now I can continue to heal. Thank you Joanne

Dr. Barreto of Nuvision in Glendale AZ, gives an excellent, comprehensive eye exam, is very knowledgeable and listens to you. Her office is clean and has up to date equipment. The friendly, professional optician does an excellent, accurate job of fitting your new glasses.

I had such a pleasant visit today. I found this office through zoc doc and I’m so happy I did. The staff and Dr. Barreto were very kind and professional. There was no wait to be seen by the staff and the process was very smooth and seamless. I highly recommend this office!

Good professional friendly service. Always neat, clean environment. Been going here for years for insurance covered service, eye exams and glasses. You can look elsewhere for less expensive options but I've always found a frame here that looks good and fits.

How do you best describe an experience which is beyond spectacular? Amazing, stunning and extraordinary perhaps gets close. Dr. Cao, and every single staff member were incredibly upbeat, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, fun and amazingly talented eyecare professionals. Had a follow up visit today on a dry eye condition. Dr Cao prescribed a treatment that has relieved my condition. Dr Cao and the staff are excellent. Recommend anyone looking for an eye Doctor to go to this office.

I’m staying in Scottsdale for the week and lost my contact lenses. I forgot to pack extra contact lenses to make things even worse. I panicked and called Nuvision since they were nearby and they had contacts ready for me to pick up in a moments notice. Thank you for all your help Nuvision team!

Very good experience...got in without a long wait. Paperwork was not excessively long, staff was very friendly and helpful. Optometrist answered all my questions.

Dr Cao and team are wonderful! They take the time to ensure all questions are answered; I never feel rushed or made to feel like a number.

Very nice facility and very nice staff. I feel like Dr Cao was more up to date with visual advancements in contacts as she recommended a change in the type of contacts that had never been offered to me before. The way I was wearing them was out dated. I’m very excited to potentially see better than I have been! Highly recommend.
